The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company is proud to provide a spectrum of pharmacy benefits including our Live Better! Wellness Club^TM for consumers and Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) service providing comprehensive prescription insurance for small businesses.

The A&P Family of Pharmacies operates 251 retail pharmacies under the A&P, Pathmark, Waldbaum's, SuperFresh and Food Basics banners with over 1,000 licensed pharmacists in NY, NJ, CT, PA, DE and MD. Our pharmacists provide professional and courteous service and our Clinical Pharmacists provide Medication Evaluations and consultations on an individualized basis.

We offer the Live Better! Wellness Club which is a storewide program that provides discounts on over-the-counter items and a wide range of grocery products that promote a healthful lifestyle for individuals, families, and pets too. Members of the Live Better! Wellness Club are also eligible for the Live Better! Generic Prescription Plan which offers up to a 90 day supply of over 400 generic drugs for only $9.99. Our Live Better! Mail Order Pharmacy provides pharmacy services in the continental United States with home delivery.

For our small business clients, we administer employer group prescription drug benefits through our newly formed Pharmacy Benefits Management Services. Employer groups have access to our nationwide network of over 60,000 pharmacies, our Live Better! Mail Order Pharmacy as well as special incentives at the company's participating banner store pharmacy centers. In addition, Live Better! PBM Pharmacists offer on-site visits to employer groups to assist with health and prescription drug education.
